4. Proactive Content Moderation
To maintain platform integrity and safety, Agentic Front Desk employs an automated security scanner that continuously monitors tenant configurations for prohibited legal and safety keywords. This proactive layer ensures the system is used exclusively for legitimate business services and automatically flags illicit activity for review.
5. Mandatory Security Enrollment
All new callers are required to set a 4-digit security PIN during their first booking. This 'Secure-by-Default' approach ensures that every customer profile is protected from its first second of existence, preventing unauthorized appointment changes or cancellations by third parties.
